Refund policy

At Bangs HVAC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at info@bangshvac.com.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
